You've spent a lot of time and efforts creating the perfect design for your products. Now, it is important that both you and your clients know how to take care of them in the best way possible.
Printed garments (direct to garment printing)
We use the latest Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technology to offer you a wide variety of garments to print on and colors to design. We use high quality inks that do not lose color if cared for correctly.
Don't forget that the original manufacturer's care instructions do not take into account the DTG printing process. Therefore, we recommend that you follow the care instructions on this page to know how to properly care for your garments.
Printed garments can be machine washed cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with non-harsh detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You should not use fabric softener or dry clean clothes.
DTG printed garments can be tumble dried on a low heat cycle, but it is recommended to hang dry them in the air. To iron them, use an iron at low temperature and turn the garment inside out. Do not iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to prevent the print from fading and cracking. If you wash or dry the garment at high temperatures, it may shrink.
embroidered garments
Embroidered garments can be machine washed cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with non-harsh detergent and similar colors. You can use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine bleach is recommended.
If you notice color residue in the water, rinse the garment in warm water and then cold water several times, but try not to rub the stained embroidery. Embroidered garments can also be dry cleaned.
After washing them, do not leave them submerged or wet with a lot of clothes. Also, do not wring embroidered garments and, if you want to dry them in the dryer, use a cold air program.
If it is necessary to iron the garment, do it inside out and, preferably, between two cloths. Do not wet the embroidery before ironing it or use a steam iron.
Caps
The caps can be cleaned with a damp cloth in the areas where necessary. Caps can be hand washed cold if necessary. Don't use brushes.
None of these three products can be machine washed, bleached, tumble dried, ironed or dry cleaned. For other instructions, read the manufacturer's label carefully.
